Terms and Conditions

Marygold Concept Ltd

By booking an appointment with Marygold Concept, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Fee:

  • A non-refundable booking fee of £20 is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee is received.
  • The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your braiding service.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • The £20 booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment at any time.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show), the £20 booking fee is non-refundable.

4. Lateness Policy:

  • A grace period of 15 minutes will be given for late arrivals.
  • If you arrive 30 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete your service due to scheduling conflicts with other clients.
  • If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to your lateness of 30 minutes or more, the £20 booking fee is non-refundable, and you will need to book a new appointment.
  • Rescheduling due to lateness will require a new £20 booking fee to secure the new appointment slot.

5. Rescheduling:

  • To reschedule your appointment and retain your booking fee, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new £20 booking fee will be required to book a new appointment.

6. Payment:

  • The remaining balance for your braiding service is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

7. Client Responsibility:

  • Please ensure your hair is clean and free of product build-up before your appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to your appointment.
  • Marygold Concept reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, or displays unsanitary conditions. In such cases, the booking fee will still be non-refundable.
  • Marygold Concept reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
